Expert analyst
The activity of the analyst is operational work, where the main criterion is the time spent, and work with projects, where the main role is played by the forecasting and planning of the study. Naturally, to work with large volumes of information, good knowledge of the mathematical apparatus, programming and testing is required. There is work for analysts everywhere. This is a bank or financial corporation, fuel and energy complexes, public and political organizations, enterprises engaged in system analysis, educational institutions.
Financial manager
A financial manager is a specialist who manages the financial resources of an enterprise. His work is focused on obtaining and constantly increasing the profits of the company. Since any organization has at its disposal financial resources, a specialist is required to manage these resources.
Logistics Specialist
A logistician is a person who is professionally engaged in the delivery of goods, their further storage, as well as one who develops the most profitable supply chain. This is a person who is looking for reliable partners, makes calculations, analyzes the transport services market, prepares the necessary documents. The logistician works not only in the field of transport and warehousing, but also manages international supply chains, is engaged in procurement, and financial logistics is a separate area.
Project Manager
Project Manager - the person who is responsible for the project. The key functions of the project manager include: (1) solving problems arising in the project. Both those that come from the project team, and those that may arise when managing project stakeholders. (2) Definition of roles and responsibilities in the project for all members of the project team. (3) Development, approval and timely updating of the project plan. (4) Monitoring the progress of the project, forecasting deviations and taking timely measures to eliminate them. (5) Coordination of communications between all project participants and its stakeholders. (6) Control of changes in the project. (7) Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of the stages of the project and conducting post-project analysis.
