First, the basis of theoretical knowledge in the field of management and economic theory as a whole helped quickly immerse into practice at the company. Secondly, a large amount of work with foreign sources of information, international teachers, as well as an internship at a European university, allowed me to improve language skills and competences for interaction with people from various cultures. Thirdly, study at this programme promotes the development of professional ethics in the field of economics and management, that accelerated my adaptation during the first stages of the career.

After graduate school, Artyem simply responded to a vacancy on hh.ru, got selected, and went to Cyprus. "If I had been an undergraduate, I would not have been considered, because they need people with specialized education or with work experience," he clarified.

As part of the INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT program, I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and practical skills, but in my daily work I often turn to information from courses: Organization Theory and Organizational Behavior, International Commercial Law, International Logistics, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Technologies, Cross-cultural management, Modern strategic analysis.

First of all, these are the cross-cultural business communication skills that I need every day. Understanding of management processes, the ability to conduct diverse research and analyse information, and a broad outlook in the field of management - for this I thank the programme from the bottom of my heart. The Master's degree, and in particular the European Partner Diploma, helped me to enter the PhD programme in Italy, where I am currently studying. A distinctive feature of International Management is the wonderful team led by Lyudmila Stanislavovna Ruzhanskaya, who created and develops this programme. Probably, that is why the programme attracts interesting students, many of whom we are still in touch with. And some of them have become good friends.

We can work temporarily in international companies. Most importantly, there is still a “second diploma” on our program. This system includes a Russian diploma (Ural Federal University), and a French diploma (Universite Lille 1). We can listen to lectures from Russian and French teachers, raise the level of spoken Russian and English. In English classes, we often meet with students from different countries: France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Brazil, Ukraine, Russia, China. The most interesting thing is that we can freely discuss business topics in different countries and exchange opinions. Classes last a long time, but every time they finished, I was very satisfied

Во-первых, основа теоретических знаний в области управления и экономической теории в целом помогла быстро погрузиться в практику на предприятии. Во-вторых, большой объем работы с зарубежными источниками информации, международными преподавателями, а также стажировка в европейском университете позволили мне улучшить языковые навыки и компетенции для взаимодействия с людьми из разных культур. В-третьих, учеба на программе "Международный менеджмент" поспособствовала развитию профессиональной этики в области экономики и управления, что ускорило мою адаптацию на первых этапах карьеры.

После аспирантуры Артем просто откликнулся на вакансию на hh.ru, прошел отбор и уехал на Кипр. «Если бы я был студентом, меня бы не рассматривали, потому что им нужны люди с профильным образованием или с опытом работы», - уточнил он. Теперь он работает с людьми, которые учились в Барселоне, в лучших английских университетах, и он подчеркивает, что по знаниям и компетенциям он "мягко говоря не уступает ".

В рамках программы "Международный менеджмет" я получила много ценных знаний и практических навыков, и даже сейчас в своей повседневной работе часто обращаюсь к информации с курсов: Управленческая экономика и организационное поведение, Международное коммерческое право, Международная логистика, Управление проектами, Управление цепочками поставок, Технологии закупок, Межкультурный менеджмент, Современный стратегический анализ.

Прежде всего, это кросс-культурные навыки делового общения, которые мне нужны каждый день. Понимание процессов управления, способность проводить разнообразные исследования и анализировать информацию, а также широкий кругозор в области управления - за это я благодарю программу от всего сердца. Степень магистра и, в частности, диплом европейского партнера помогли мне поступить на программу PhD в Италии, где я сейчас учусь. Отличительной чертой "Международного менеджмента" является замечательная команда во главе с Людмилой Станиславовной Ружанской, которая создала и развивает эту программу. Наверное, поэтому программа привлекает интересных студентов, со многими из которых мы до сих пор на связи. И некоторые из них стали хорошими друзьями.
