Nanoengineering is interdisciplinary field of science that studies development and enhancement design methods, manufacturing and application of nanosized (nanostructured) objects and structures obtained using nanotechnology techniques.
Students form competences of development technologies, producing and application of nanosystems, nanodevices and its physicochemical functioning bases; obtain skills in material science field, mathematic simulation and diagnosis methods for nanotechnologies; earn knowledge of technical regulation, nanometrology, engineering and computer graphics.
Objects of graduates professional activities are materials, components, electronic devices, appliances, plants, methods and theirs study, design, construction, manufacturing technological processes, diagnostic and technological equipment, mathematic models, solution algorithms of typical issues, modern software and information data for simulation processes and designing of nanoengineering products.
