Bachelor's degree in research and development aimed at the creation and operation of devices and systems based on the use of electromagnetic oscillations and waves and designed to transmit, receive and process information, obtain information about the environment, natural and technical objects, as well as to influence on natural or technical objects in order to change their properties.

Radio engineering is a field of science and technology that studies electromagnetic oscillations and radio waves, methods of generation, amplification, transformation, radiation and reception, as well as their application for information transmission. The program provides deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of design and operation of digital and analog electronic devices in the telecommunications, radar and radionavigation systems, modern software for their modeling and development, familiarity with modern advances in technology of high and ultrahigh frequencies.

Currently, there is an urgent need for highly qualified personnel with knowledge in the field of theory and practice of modern systems of radio engineering, radar, navigation, data transmission, design of electronic and telecommunication devices that can scientifically improve existing and develop advanced devices and systems.

The objects of professional activity of graduates are radio systems and devices, methods and means of their design, modeling, experimental development, preparation for production and maintenance.

Within the program "radio engineering" disciplines of mathematical and natural-scientific, humanitarian, economic and professional cycles are studied. Graduates will be able to perform in organizations and enterprises on the profiles of instrument, communications and telecommunications.
