The Master's program "Human Resource Management in an International Organization" is a program focused on covering a wide range of issues related to the management of an organization's critical, unique and extremely important resources - people - and the use of human capital to win the organization in the competition in the long term.

The priority feature of the program is the orientation towards the formation of analytical and research competencies among students, which directly affect the development and adoption of sound management decisions.

The program gives students the opportunity, along with fundamental training, to master the technologies of successful HR management, effectively transforming the modern business environment and business reality.
