EFMD Accredited
In 2015, BA programme "International Economics and Business" received EPAS (EFMD European Programme Accreditation System) international accreditation, which confirms the compliance of the Bachelor's degree level with the standards of the European Foundation for Management Development. About 1% of the world's business schools and only several educational programmes in Russia have such a high assessment.
In 2018, "International Economics and Business" programme successfully passed the audit of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and once again received the prestigious EPAS accreditation for a period of three years. The decision was made by the EFMD Accreditation Board, whose members voted unanimously to award the programme this status.
On 8 June 2021, the EFMD Programme Accreditation Board met and decided to re-accredit the programme for 5 years.
As a result of the examination of the programme design, assessment of graduates by corporate partners, the level of internationalisation of the programme, practical orientation and employment statistics, the experts positively assessed the programme development strategy, the quality of the international faculty, innovative teaching methods, diversity of teaching delivery, the structure of student progress assessment and the demand for graduates in the real economy and business. The members noted significant positive changes in the programme, including the level of internationalisation, the professionalism of the faculty and the introduction of advanced technologies into the teaching process, student development opportunities, corporate networking and alumni engagement.
The current EFMD accreditation of "International Economics and Business" programme is maintained until 2026.
