1. Digital production is a key topic of student's research works.

2. Not only traditional industrial robots and their use in flexible manufacturing lines are to be studied, in addition, collaborative robots and bio-inspired design of robotic components are also of great interest.

3. The educational program provides interdisciplinary theoretical and practical skills needed in both academic institutions and industry to advance the development of complex software for cyber-physical and automated systems.
