Master degree program "PR and Advertising in Place Marketing" is aimed at training specialists in the promotion of the territory for local governments and state authorities, municipal and state institutions, commercial and non-profit organizations. Place branding is one of the current trends in modern strategic communications and increasing the competitiveness of territorial entities. It is based on communication technologies that integrate the economic, social, cultural, political aspects of place management and is aimed at creating a sustainable image of the territory that is attractive to tourists, investors, local residents and new settlers. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge and skills to create technologies to promote a specific territory, which may be demanded by administrative, business, political structures, media, educational institutions and regional culture.
The objects of professional activity of alumnus are:
- state structures of the federal, regional and local levels;
- self-government bodies;
- non-governmental, public and commercial institutions and organizations;
